We have a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to join as a People Lead  for a 6 months Secondment Role in the Insource Department. Reporting into the Senior Contact Centre Manager you will be responsible for mentoring, motivating and developing the team into a high performing team.

To secure this role, it is essential that you are able to meet the following requirements:

Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Create a culture which is innovative and achievement oriented underpinned by being responsive, agile and adaptable
  • Support the achievement of RCL Services’ business objectives through managing the outcomes of a collections team in order to ensure ongoing delivery of outstanding collections outcomes for clients.   
  • Recruiting, inducting, developing and motivating employees
  • Auditing collection officer capability to identify training and development needs
  • Conducting team meetings to facilitate feedback and team communication
  • Managing employee attitude and performance issues including reviewing individual/ team scorecards and performance on an ongoing basis
  • Task and resource allocation
  • Call monitoring and file auditing to evaluate adherence to SLA’s, client scripts, and legislative obligations
  • Internal and external reporting

  • Able to create a shared vision and overarching goals for the team and develops a plan to connect individuals
  • Ability to lead everyone to work well together towards a common goal
  • Demonstrated conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of clients and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to conduct/attend file audits for our compliance requirements
  • Ability to produce and analyse reports
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • To be result-oriented, quality-focused, resilient, energetic, and positive
  • Consistently stays above the line
