People Lead

We are seeking experienced and people‑centric leaders to join our growing operations team as People Leads. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy coaching and developing others, and are passionate about driving high performance and exceptional service outcomes.
As a People Lead, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team to deliver consistent quality, productivity, and customer experience. You will play a key role in creating a positive, high‑performance culture while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
About the Role
In this role, you will oversee day‑to‑day operational activities, ensuring your team delivers accurate, efficient, and quality service outcomes. You will partner closely with Operations Management to drive performance and support continuous improvement across the team.
Your focus will include team leadership, coaching, capability development, performance management, and ensuring adherence to SLAs, processes, and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating an innovative, achievement-oriented, and high-performance culture that is agile, adaptable, and responsive.
- Supporting RCL Services’ business objectives through effective management of daily operations and team outcome
- Recruiting, inducting, coaching, and motivating team members to reach their full potential.
- Auditing capability and identifying training and development needs.
- Conducting regular team meetings to drive communication, engagement, and feedback.
- Managing performance, productivity, and behavioural expectations through continuous review of scorecards and KPIs.
- Allocating tasks and resources effectively to meet SLAs and operational demands.
- Conducting call monitoring and file audits to ensure compliance with client scripts, SLAs, and legislative standards.
- Preparing internal and external reports as required.

- Understanding of compliance requirements, including attending and conducting file audits.
- Ability to produce, interpret, and analyse operational reports.
- Excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills.
