The Role;
As a Portfolio Manager, you will manage a portfolio of high‑value customer accounts, negotiating repayment of outstanding arrears through phone contact, email communication, and skip‑tracing activities. You’ll monitor portfolio health through regular analysis and apply proactive strategies to support effective account recovery.
What You’ll Be Doing;
- Managing a portfolio of high value customer accounts, delivering proactive collections activity via phone, email, skip tracing and approved field calls.
- Monitoring portfolio health through regular analysis and ensuring consistent customer contact and timely follow up.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and outcomes within the operating system.
- Onboarding new accounts promptly and recommending escalation, legal action, or closure where appropriate and aligned with policy.

What You’ll Bring;
- Proven experience in collections or a credit role, managing complex, high‑value overdue customer accounts with confidence and professionalism.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling respectful customer engagement and the achievement of sustainable repayment solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with collections or case management systems, using data and workflows to manage portfolios efficiently.
- Sound understanding of compliance obligations, policies, and procedures within a regulated collections or financial services environment.
