As a key member of our People team, you will play an important role in attracting, assessing, and securing top talent while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
What You'll Be Doing
You will manage and support end-to-end recruitment activities while building strong talent pipelines to support business growth.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
- Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Screen applications and conduct phone or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Manage recruitment assessments, pre-employment checks, and onboarding requirements.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offers of employment.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and reporting trackers.
- Build and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment legislation, and internal procedures.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

1 year to 3 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration, or coordination roles.
- Strong experience sourcing candidates and managing recruitment processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
- Confidence working with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
