About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building and optimising ServiceNow solutions for enterprise and mid-market clients.

You’ll work alongside skilled ServiceNow professionals, contributing hands-on development expertise while influencing best practices, solution design and platform standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows and integrations to meet complex business requirements
• Deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions across implementation, enhancement and optimisation initiatives
• Troubleshoot platform issues and apply best-practice solutions to ensure performance, stability and scalability
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies and IT governance frameworks
• Produce clear, structured technical documentation and support deployment activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders, functional consultants and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development within enterprise or consulting environments
• Strong hands-on capability across JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, Business Rules and Client Scripts
• Experience working with ServiceNow APIs, integrations and workflow automation (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub preferred)
• Exposure to one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or SPM
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS or equivalent)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks
• Experience working on multi-client or multi-environment implementations
