Our client is a beauty and hair removal business focused on growing its digital presence, attracting new clients and strengthening loyalty with existing customers. The team works closely with in-salon staff and uses high-quality social media content to promote services, support bookings and build community engagement.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own and execute the business's end-to-end social media and digital marketing strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google and email marketing.
This remote role is responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, publishing, optimising and reporting on digital campaigns that increase brand awareness, client acquisition, engagement, bookings and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan and maintain structured monthly content calendars across key digital platforms.
- Identify opportunities for seasonal campaigns, promotions and growth initiatives.
- Create content briefs for in-salon staff to capture high-quality photo and video content.
- Develop engaging content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, static posts, educational content, promotional content and entertaining brand-led content.
- Write compelling captions and clear calls-to-action that support brand messaging and conversion goals.
- Ensure content reflects the brand's tone, style and aesthetic.
- Coordinate staff and client content with appropriate consent.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for existing clients.
- Execute paid social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
- Manage promotional campaigns designed to drive bookings, retention and retail sales.
- Monitor and engage with the online community through comments, messages and reviews.
- Build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors where relevant.
- Track performance metrics, interpret campaign data and optimise activity based on insights.
- Deliver monthly reporting on engagement, growth, bookings, ROI, ROAS, website traffic and agreed marketing targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Demonstrated success creating engaging, high-performing social content.
- Experience running Meta advertising campaigns and optimising paid social activity.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, social media trends and digital advertising principles.
- Strong content creation and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design and editing tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability, with confidence interpreting data and turning insights into action.
- High level of organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously while staying aligned with business priorities and brand direction.
