We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to support a pioneer back‑office team. This role will be instrumental in setting up team routines, driving early performance standards and building a strong, engaged team culture from the ground up.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and supporting a team of Back Office Associates to deliver accurate, timely and high‑quality outcomes. You will act as the first point of escalation, ensure operational requirements are met and work closely with Operations to stabilise and grow the account.

Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a back‑office team to meet productivity, quality and accuracy targets
- Support the set‑up and stabilisation of a pioneer account
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, attendance and adherence
- Provide regular coaching, feedback and performance check‑ins
- Handle operational escalations and complex cases when required
- Ensure compliance with processes, policies and client requirements
- Facilitate team huddles and one‑on‑one sessions
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Prepare and submit performance, incident and productivity reports
- Partner with Operations, Quality and Workforce teams for continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or shared services environment
- Experience leading back‑office, non‑voice or processing teams
- Experience handling retail programs is an advantage
- Strong people management and coaching capability
- Proven ability to manage performance in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig and on shifting schedules if required
