About the Role
The Team Manager is responsible for leading high-performing Account Managers and Client Partners to deliver strong commercial results while fostering a culture of continuous development, accountability, and client-centric thinking. This role owns KPI delivery across two complementary functions and plays a critical role in developing talent, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.
You will act as both a performance leader and people manager, translating business strategy into day-to-day execution, coaching teams to succeed, and ensuring clients maximize their success with Reddit.
About You
To be successful, the ideal candidate will have;
- Experience in B2B sales management or a related field within SaaS/Tech
- Understanding of digital advertising (programmatic, social, and/or performance-based) and competitive landscape.
- Media experience and a strong grasp of media terminology, context, and best practices
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, able to develop, motivate, and mentor sales teams.
- Experience with CRM tools and reporting systems
- Reddit user with understanding of communities
