About the Role;

As a Workforce Management Scheduler, you will deliver accurate and timely scheduling and rostering to support operational performance and service level achievement. This role ensures workforce plans are executed effectively, maintains data integrity in WFM systems, and provides real-time support to optimise resource utilisation.
 

What You’ll Be Doing;

  • Scheduling & Rostering: Create and maintain rosters that align with forecasted demand and operational requirements, ensuring compliance with award conditions and organisational policies.
  • Real-Time Support: Monitor intraday performance, action approved schedule changes promptly, and escalate variances to the WFM Team Lead.
  • System Management: Maintain data integrity within WFM systems and update rosters accurately and on time.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare daily and weekly reports on adherence, utilisation, and roster accuracy, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate roster changes clearly and act as a point of contact for scheduling queries and issues.

What You’ll Bring;

  • Previous experience in scheduling or workforce administration within a contact centre environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach with a customer-focused mindset.
  • WFM system knowledge essential.
