About the Role

We are seeking a creative and technically capable AI Video Generator to support the production of high-impact digital content.

This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and AI-driven production, using emerging tools to create engaging video content efficiently and at scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Produce high-quality videos using AI-powered tools (text-to-video, image-to-video and AI editing platforms)
• Translate briefs into prompts, scripts and storyboards to guide content creation
• Edit and refine AI-generated footage, including captions, audio, transitions and visual enhancements
• Create multiple content variations to support testing and optimisation
• Ensure output aligns with brand, quality and campaign requirements
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround timelines
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and continuously improve workflows

What we’re looking for

• 2–4+ years’ experience in video production, multimedia or content creation
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Synthesia, CapCut AI or similar)
• Strong understanding of prompt writing and AI-assisted production workflows
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent
• Experience creating short-form, social-first content across platforms
• Strong creative judgement and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to manage high-volume output with attention to quality

Nice to have

• Exposure to performance marketing or content analytics
• Motion graphics or animation experience
• Familiarity with AI voice, avatar or synthetic media tools
• Experience supporting AU or global markets
