About the opportunity

This role focuses on helping clients get set up for success on HubSpot. You’ll work closely with businesses to understand how they operate, configure the platform to match their needs and guide them through adoption.

It’s a hands-on, client-facing role that blends platform configuration, training and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and define onboarding approach
• Configure HubSpot (Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs)
• Deliver training and onboarding sessions
• Build and customise assets within HubSpot
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with Customer Success to track progress and improvements
• Stay up to date with platform updates and best practices

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing or onboarding role
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Sales, Marketing or Service Hub)
• Strong configuration and build capability within HubSpot
• Solid problem-solving and project management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement

Nice to have

• HubSpot Certification
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com)
• Exposure to CRM implementation or digital marketing environments
