At Recoveriescorp, our Collections Officers are at the front line of our operations. You’ll connect with customers, understand their individual circumstances, and deliver practical, tailored repayment solutions while providing a high standard of customer service.
This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience and a positive, resilient attitude who is keen to learn and build a career in a supportive contact centre environment.
What you’ll do;
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
- Engage with customers to understand and assess their financial situation
- Identify and agree on suitable repayment solutions aligned to customer circumstances
- Maintain accurate and timely file notes for every customer interaction
- Work within regulatory, compliance, and quality frameworks
What you’ll bring;
- Previous experience in a customer service role (contact centre or face‑to‑face)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently over the phone
- A customer‑focused, empathetic approach with strong problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop new skills
- High attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of compliance
