As a Collections Officer, you will play a vital role in helping customers address outstanding balances and meet their financial obligations. Your approach will create positive outcomes and make a genuine difference in each customer’s experience.

What You’ll Be Doing;

  • Connect with Customers: Manage both incoming and outgoing calls, building trust and understanding with every conversation.
  • Assess Needs: Gather information about each customer’s financial situation to offer sustainable solutions.
  • Guide Outcomes: Arrange payments, set up tailored plans, and work within guidelines to help customers fulfil their commitments.
  • Keep Accurate Records: Document every interaction and update account details, to maintain a clear and complete history.
  • Follow Procedures: Use scripts and comply with regulations to ensure every action meets quality standards.
