The Role; 

Working as a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a variety of customer interactions through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will deliver high levels of customer service while ensuring the needs of each customer are resolved. 

What You’ll Be Doing; 

• Handle Enquiries: Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly, providing clear and accurate information.
• Build Rapport: Create positive interactions by listening actively and showing empathy in every conversation.
• Resolve Issues: Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns to deliver effective solutions on the first contact.
• Maintain Standards: Follow processes and compliance requirements while ensuring a high level of service quality. 

Part-time Shift; 

• Weekdays - 4:00pm to 8:00pm
