We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate to support a travel account, assisting customers with bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations and other travel‑related inquiries. You will engage with customers through email, chat or phone while ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy, accuracy and a solutions‑driven mindset.
What you’ll do
- Assist customers with travel bookings, changes, cancellations and policy questions
- Use travel industry tools and systems to review reservations and provide accurate information
- Respond to customers through email, chat or phone depending on program needs
- Provide clear, professional and empathetic support tailored to each customer’s situation
- Document interactions accurately and escalate complex concerns when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
- Meet performance targets while maintaining high quality and compliance standards
What we’re looking for
- Experience handling a travel account in the BPO industry
- Excellent English communication skills
- Senior High School graduate or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable using new systems
- A customer‑first mindset with empathy and adaptability
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Amenable to onsite work in Ortigas
