As a Rostering Associate, you will play a key role in supporting staff members and regional managers with staffing concerns. Your primary responsibility is to ensure safety and compliance across all services. You will manage rosters, fill vacant shifts, and coordinate emergency staffing requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain compliance and update rosters.
  • Fill emergency shifts and manage staffing changes promptly.
  • Handle processes such as adding/canceling shifts, replacing team members, and managing excess labor.
  • Communicate effectively with staff members via calls and emails for urgent requirements.
  • Collaborate with third-party staffing providers when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and meet monthly KPIs.
