About the role
We’re looking for Digital Sales Consultants to engage with customers across chat, web and social channels, converting inbound enquiries into meaningful sales outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Respond to inbound enquiries across digital channels (chat, web, social media)
• Understand customer needs and guide conversations toward purchase decisions
• Manage leads and maintain accurate CRM records
• Work toward individual and team conversion targets
• Contribute to improving response quality and customer experience

What good looks like

• Experience in digital sales, chat support or online customer engagement
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable working toward sales or conversion targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
• Proactive and results-driven mindset
