At Symbos, we connect talented people in the Philippines with meaningful opportunities to support leading Australian businesses. We build high-performing teams through a people-first approach, combining genuine partnership, operational excellence and the right technology to help people and businesses grow.

About the Client

Our client is an Australian hospitality group with a portfolio of venues and brands. Its marketing team creates visual experiences across menus, campaigns, digital channels, presentations and in-venue collateral, helping bring each venue and brand to life.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to support an Australian multi-venue hospitality group. Working remotely with a small internal marketing team, you will take design work from concept through to final delivery across print and digital formats.

This is a full-time, one-year project role with a Monday to Friday schedule aligned to Philippine time. You will work from home and collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and broader marketing team.

What Sets This Role Apart

• Create across a diverse portfolio of hospitality venues and brands

• Own varied design work, from menus and venue collateral to campaigns and presentations

• Contribute to creative direction, visual storytelling and new venue initiatives

• Work remotely with an Australian-based hospitality marketing team

• Balance hands-on execution with opportunities to shape visual concepts

Key Responsibilities

• Format menus, beverage lists and venue collateral

• Design print and digital assets including EDMs, posters, social media tiles, event flyers and in-venue signage

• Create high-quality pitch decks, corporate presentations and marketing documents

• Develop visual concepts and support creative direction for campaigns and new venue initiatives

• Partner with the marketing team to deliver assets in line with campaign schedules

• Prepare artwork to brand, print, resolution and production specifications

• Maintain creative libraries, templates and brand resources

• Complete light photo editing and image retouching

• Support merchandise, packaging, website assets and other venue materials as required

What We’re Looking For

• At least five years of professional graphic design experience

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, with strong Canva capability

• Strong design fundamentals across branding, typography, layout and visual hierarchy

• A folio demonstrating high-quality branding, typography, layout and presentation work

• Proven experience developing creative concepts and executing them end to end

• Confidence managing a high volume of design requests across multiple brands or stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail, organisation and file management

• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly and manage competing deadlines

Nice to Have

• Previous design experience within hospitality, food and beverage or a multi-venue environment

• Experience preparing print-ready menus, signage, packaging or venue collateral

• Experience supporting art direction and presenting visual strategy

• Basic video editing skills, including familiarity with CapCut

• Experience creating or updating website assets

Who This Role Suits

This role will suit a commercially minded designer who enjoys variety, takes ownership and can move confidently between detailed production work and broader creative thinking. You are comfortable working across distinct brand identities while maintaining consistency, quality and attention to detail.

Application Process

Please submit your updated CV and design folio showcasing relevant brand, campaign, hospitality, print and digital work. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted to discuss the role and next steps.
