With operations in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and its Fiji-based subsidiary RCL Services, the company is known for its innovative approach and commitment to delivering successful credit outcomes. An exciting opportunity for a People Lead to join the Operations Department in Fiji is now.
The role of a People Lead combines leadership, people management, and sales expertise to drive team performance and achieve business objectives. This position is pivotal in guiding sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations and monitor team and individual progress against sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve outstanding results.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as Operations and customer support.
- Managing employee relations and performance
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to analyse sales data and identify key insights.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
