About the Role

We’re on the lookout for energetic Sales Consultants to join our growing Symbos team, supporting well-known brands across a range of industries. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role where your confidence, resilience and ability to connect with people really count.

You’ll be speaking with potential customers, uncovering what they need, and presenting solutions that genuinely add value. From first dial to close, you’ll own the sales conversation and be rewarded for strong performance in a high-energy, target-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and data
  • Asking the right questions to understand customer needs
  • Confidently presenting tailored solutions that make sense for the customer
  • Building rapport and keeping customers engaged through strong phone conversations
  • Handling objections and guiding customers through the sales journey
  • Accurately recording outcomes and customer details in CRM systems
  • Working consistently towards sales targets, KPIs and quality standards

What you’ll bring

You’re confident, driven and not afraid to pick up the phone. You bounce back quickly, enjoy a challenge, and take pride in delivering results.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Experience in outbound sales, telesales or a contact centre environment
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • A target-focused mindset with resilience and persistence
  • Solid computer skills and confidence using CRM systems
  • Good time management and organisation in a busy environment
