About the Role: 

We're looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing Reddit team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights, building reports and dashboards, and helping drive business performance through accurate analysis and forecasting.

Working closely with Operations, Client Services, and Business Intelligence teams, you will play a key role in reporting, trend analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking for a unique sales environment.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Build, maintain, and optimise reporting solutions using Salesforce and Google Sheets
• Create dashboards, reports, and data models that provide actionable business insights
• Analyse sales performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop forecasts and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients
• Maintain recurring reporting and ensure data accuracy across all deliverables
• Partner with client services and operations teams to understand business challenges and design reporting solutions
• Translate complex data into clear and meaningful recommendations
• Support ongoing performance tracking and strategic decision-making

About You: 

To be successful, the ideal candidate will have;

• Exposure to sales environments, SaaS, digital advertising, or technology industries
• Experience working in a reporting, sales operations, business analytics, or data-focused role
• Strong Salesforce reporting skills and Advanced Google Sheets skills
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights confidently
• Experience building forecasting models and performance dashboards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field highly regarded.
