As our Social Media Manager, you’ll develop and execute strategies that boost brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. You’ll manage content creation, monitor trends, and use analytics to optimize performance. This role is perfect for someone creative, strategic, and data-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create content calendars and campaign plans.
- Produce engaging content (text, images, videos) for various platforms.
- Manage posting schedules and community engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams for integrated campaigns.
- Stay updated on trends and recommend innovative approaches.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience with paid social advertising and influencer partnerships.
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
