Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create content calendars and campaign plans.
  • Produce engaging content (text, images, videos) for various platforms.
  • Manage posting schedules and community engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Stay updated on trends and recommend innovative approaches.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Desirable:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Experience with paid social advertising and influencer partnerships.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
