We’re looking for a Team Leader who will play a key role in driving team performance, ensuring service excellence, and motivating people to deliver results that customers can truly feel. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team to consistently meet and exceed service levels and KPIs 

  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and quality metrics 

  • Provide regular feedback to team members, highlighting both achievements and areas for growth 

  • Foster a motivating and engaging team culture through recognition and incentive programs 

  • Collaborate with HR to ensure proper staffing and workforce planning 

  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on team performance and progress 

  • Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and onboarding of new team members 

  • Prepare and present staff performance and productivity reports to leadership 

 Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field (or equivalent work experience) 

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a customer service or BPO environment 

  • Proven ability to motivate and develop people while driving results 

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills 

  • Willingness and ability to work in shifting schedules, depending on business needs
