From our base in the Kalabu Tax Free Zone, Valelevu, our Suva team partners with some of Australia's most recognised brands, and our outbound sales engine is just getting started.

Now we are looking for a Team Leader, Outbound Sales to lead from the front. Someone who knows how to build a sales floor that hits target and has a great time doing it. If you have led a team in telesales, outbound campaigns or any target-driven sales environment, and you live for that moment when a Consultant nails an objection and closes the call, keep reading.

What you'll actually be doing

Think of yourself as the engine room of our outbound sales operation. You will own the conversion rate, the energy on the floor, and the development of every Consultant on your team.

A typical day might look like:

• Running the morning huddle, setting the daily sales target, sharing yesterday's wins and getting your team fired up for the dial
• Coaching live, side-by-side, in real time, helping your Consultants sharpen their pitch, handle objections and lift their conversion rate call by call
• Watching the dialler, working with Workforce Management on call lists, pacing and campaign strategy so contact rates stay high and consultants stay productive
• Holding the 1:1s that actually matter, performance reviews, clear feedback, target setting and career conversations that keep your top performers leaning in
• Spotting what is and isn't working in scripts, call flows and campaign messaging, and partnering with Marketing and the Contact Centre Manager to make it better
• Setting the standard for ethical, compliant, customer-focused selling. We sell hard, we sell honestly, and we look after every customer on the other end of the line

You will thrive here if you have…

• Experience leading a team in a contact centre, ideally in outbound sales, telesales or another target-driven sales environment
• A track record of hitting sales targets, conversion rates and quality metrics, both as a consultant and as a leader
• Strong sales coaching instincts and the ability to motivate a team through good days, tough days and everything in between
• A solid working knowledge of outbound diallers, campaign management and sales reporting
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling capability, you can do it, and you can teach it
• The ability to read the numbers, spot a conversion or contact-rate dip early, and turn the insight into a coaching plan
• High standards around compliance, ethics and customer-focused selling. We do it the right way, every time
