We’re looking for a Team Support Associate to play a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping our teams running smoothly. This role supports day-to-day operations by managing requests, coordinating information, and helping teams stay organized, responsive, and focused on delivering great outcomes.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, handle written and verbal requests with care and accuracy, and help ensure processes flow efficiently. At Symbos, you’ll support evolving programs and ways of working—while enjoying a DAYSHIFT, HYBRID setup that supports work-life balance.

What You’ll Do

  • Support internal and operational teams through voice and written channels (calls, email, chat) with professionalism and clarity

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed to resolve requests or gather information

  • Provide accurate information and practical support to help teams resolve issues efficiently

  • Document interactions, updates, and actions to ensure visibility and continuity

  • Escalate complex or time-sensitive matters to the appropriate teams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve workflows and team effectiveness

  • Meet service standards and turnaround times while maintaining high quality and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Senior High School graduate or equivalent

  • BPO or shared services experience is a plus

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience supporting teams via voice, email, or chat is an advantage

  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems

  • A people-first mindset with a proactive, supportive approach
