As Manager – Workforce Optimisation, you’ll lead a talented team responsible for end-to-end workforce management—forecasting, scheduling, rostering, and process improvement. Your mission? Ensure our operations run seamlessly, with the right people in the right place at the right time.

• Oversee rostering systems and champion continuous improvement.
