As a Workplace Relations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the team with employment-related queries and concerns. You’ll ensure compliance with employment agreements, provide timely advice on employee relations, work cover, visa and sponsorship matters, and assist with performance management and grievance resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to HR inquiries regarding contracts, awards, and grievances
- Support performance reviews and training needs identification
- Act as first point of contact for work cover-related injuries or illnesses
- Manage parental leave applications and exit interviews
- Oversee performance management and dispute resolution processes
- Escalate complex queries to Workplace Relations Specialists
What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in HR and Employee Relations
- Knowledge of Australian workplace law and Modern Awards is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office and HRIS skills
