We’re looking for an Assistant Team Leader who will play a key role in driving team performance, ensuring service excellence, and motivating people to deliver results that customers can truly feel.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team to consistently meet and exceed service levels and KPIs

Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and quality metrics

Provide regular feedback to team members, highlighting both achievements and areas for growth

Foster a motivating and engaging team culture through recognition and incentive programs

Collaborate with HR to ensure proper staffing and workforce planning

Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on team performance and progress

Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and onboarding of new team members

Prepare and present staff performance and productivity reports to leadership
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in any field (or equivalent work experience)

At least 1 year of experience as a Assistant Team Leader/Team Leader in a customer service or BPO environment

Proven ability to motivate and develop people while driving results

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Willingness and ability to work in shifting schedules, depending on business needs
