Are you a driven and commercially sharp Business Development professional with experience in contact centres, BPO or Managed Services? 

SourceWiser, part of the Symbos Group, is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across new and existing clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to make a real impact. The role spans multiple geographies, supporting teams in both Australia and Manilla. 
 
We're open to candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. 
 
What You’ll Do
 
  • Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Convert inbound interest and proactively engage new prospects.
  • Build trusted relationships and act as a credible advisor to clients.
  • Represent SourceWiser at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams to shape compelling proposals and solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and client experience.

What You’ll Bring
 
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in sales, business development or account management within BPO, outsourcing or managed services.
  • A strong network and proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and structured pipeline management.
  • A proactive, collaborative and values-driven approach.
