About the role

Working as a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the front line of our operations with the responsibility of connecting and engaging with our customers. You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored repayment solutions based on the customers unique situation.

In this role, you will;

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Assist customers with enquiries, account information, and service requests
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Build positive relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Meet quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve business objective
