About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Communications Coordinator to manage and optimise customer-facing content across key communication channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving structured communications such as emails, letters, and templates. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with the customer journey.
This is a hands-on role combining content writing, coordination, and process ownership.
Key responsibilities
- Write, edit, and maintain customer-facing communications including emails, notices, letters, and templates
- Manage and update communication templates, ensuring consistency in tone, format, and compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure timely delivery of communications
- Review content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with customer experience standards
- Support the development of communication libraries and structured content systems
- Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Refine content based on feedback, reporting insights, and engagement outcomes
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Customer communications, content coordination, or similar roles
- Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with structured content such as templates, emails, or SOPs
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word formatting
Nice to have:
- Exposure to document automation tools or template systems
- Basic knowledge of HTML or structured content formats
- Experience in financial services, collections, or regulated environments
