Working as a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of service in a range of phone-based customer interactions. You will identify the customers unique situation and provide tailored solutions that support a first-call resolution.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Customer Connection: Manage inbound and outbound calls, building rapport and trust with every interaction.
  • Needs Investigator: Explore and assess each customer’s personal and financial situation to understand their needs.
  • Solution Seeker: Provide tailored options and resolutions that align with the customer’s circumstances.
  • Record Keeper: Accurately record file notes and ensure all customer details are updated in our systems.
  • Compliance Champion: Work within regulatory frameworks to ensure every interaction meets quality and compliance standards.
