We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will focus on email marketing strategies that boost engagement, conversions, and customer retention. You’ll plan and execute campaigns, design compelling content, and collaborate on eCommerce initiatives to support online growth. If you’re passionate about digital marketing and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversions.
  • Design and create engaging content for email and social media.
  • Collaborate on eCommerce marketing initiatives to drive online sales.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:
  • Proven experience in email marketing, including automation and analytics.
  • Ability to design and create content for email and social media.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Desirable:
  • Experience in eCommerce marketing.
  • WordPress management experience (nice to have).
