About the role:
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service, including handling consumer communication enquiries and providing each customer with a highly personalised experience throughout.

In the role, you will be,

• Deliver exceptional customer service to customers.
• Ensure all customer queries are resolved within a timely manner.
• Data entry for accurate maintenance of our database.
• Commit to consumer advocacy and deliver great outcomes for both the consumer and our client.

About you:

• Previous Contact Centre experience highly regarded.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer and systems literacy, Salesforce/CRM experience desirable.
• You are a target orientated individual who strives to meet the goals set for them.
• Willing to learn & thrive being a part of a supportive, inclusive team.
