About our client:
Our client, ENGIE, is a leading Australian energy retailer providing gas and electricity to more than 700,000 accounts across VIC, SA, NSW, QLD and WA. They have partnered with us to grow their market share. 

About the role:
As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service when discussing product options, benefits and features with new and existing customers. You will support customers through the sales process from enquiry through to close.

In the role, you will be,

• Handling warm inbound calls from existing and new customers.
• Handling consumer communication enquiries and providing customers with a highly personalised experience throughout.
• Ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of the customer database.

About you:

• Written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to confidently build rapport with customers.
• Motivated to achieve targets and goals both individually and within a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
