About our client:

Our client, ENGIE, is a leading Australian energy retailer providing gas and electricity to more than 700,000 accounts across VIC, SA, NSW, QLD and WA. They have partnered with us to grow their market share. 

About the role

As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you’ll connect with customers who have already shown interest in ENGIE. Your focus is on warm, qualified leads, having genuine conversations, understanding what customers need, and making it easy for them to switch. You’ll manage the full sales journey while delivering a friendly, supportive customer experience.

In this role, you will:

• Call warm leads and customers who are already engaged with ENGIE
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right energy solution
• Manage your sales pipeline and complete customer sign‑ups end to end
• Deliver confident, positive service while working towards clear sales targets

About you:

• Ability to confidently build rapport with customers.
• Motivated to achieve targets and goals both individually and within a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a sales role (contact centre, direct sales, or retail) highly regarded.
• Capacity to learn new skills, product, and technical knowledge.
