We’re now looking for a Spanish‑speaking Customer Service Associate to join our growing customer experience team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, can communicate confidently in both Spanish and English, and is comfortable working night shift from home.

You’ll be supporting international customers across voice and digital channels, providing clear, empathetic and solution‑focused support while delivering a consistently high standard of service.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and/or chat, depending on the program
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in Spanish, with the ability to switch to English when required
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate, practical solutions
  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues following agreed processes
  • Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining quality standards
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative remote team culture

What we’re looking for

  • Fluent Spanish communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Good English communication skills for internal coordination and documentation
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service, BPO or call centre environment
  • Experience supporting customers via voice and/or non‑voice channels
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • A calm, empathetic, customer‑first mindset
  • Ability to work night shift schedules consistently
  • Comfortable working independently in a work‑from‑home setup

Work setup and requirements

  • Permanent work‑from‑home role
  • Must have:
    • A reliable high‑speed internet connection
    • A quiet, dedicated workspace at home
    • Ability to work overnight / international business hours
