At Symbos we design and operate large‑scale, multi‑client contact centre environments that support complex, high‑volume customer operations. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a System Architect who combines deep technical capability with strong commercial ownership and polished client engagement skills.
This is not a back‑of‑house architecture role. You’ll be client‑facing, and expected to shape solutions that win work - translating buyer requirements into a clear deal approach, proposal, and cost estimate, while ensuring what we sell is scalable, secure, and deliverable.
What You’ll Be Doing;
- Owning end‑to‑end solution development for qualified opportunities - translating client requirements into solution designs, proposals, and cost models.
- Collaborating with the sales function to shape and present offerings to new and existing clients.
- Leading solution architecture across contact centre platforms (e.g. Genesys, Cisco UCCE/UCCX) and enabling omnichannel experiences (voice, chat, email, social).
- Defining integration patterns across CRM, WFM, QA, analytics and supporting technologies.
- Aligning solution architecture with commercial terms and delivery realities, coordinating inputs with Finance, Operations, Technology, Growth and Governance teams to support compliant, executable outcomes.
- Driving platform strategy - consolidation, cloud migration, and evaluation of emerging technologies (AI, RPA, chatbots) to enhance CX outcomes.
- Maintaining clear documentation and governance across a multi‑client environment.
- Ensuring solutions are cost‑effective and compliant with security and regulatory expectations.
What You’ll Bring;
- Strong experience in system/solution architecture within contact centre, BPO, or CX‑led environments.
- Commercial capability across proposal development, business case development, negotiation, and transition to delivery.
- Hands‑on knowledge of enterprise contact centre platforms (Genesys, Cisco, or similar) and strong integration capability (APIs, IVR, call routing, omnichannel).
- Confidence operating in a commercially driven, client‑facing environment - able to translate buyer needs into a pragmatic, sellable, deliverable solution.
- Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Operations, Technology and Clients.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure) and operating within offshore delivery models and multi‑client environments.
- A proactive, outcomes‑driven mindset with excellent communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
