Our client is one of Australia’s leading airlines! Their global business flyer program allows members to relish in all sorts of benefits and features such as seat upgrades, additional checked baggage, priority check-in, boarding and more!
About the Role:
As a Business Account Manager, you will engage with warm, existing business members, guiding them through the features and benefits of the airline’s Business Flyer program. You’ll proactively connect with your portfolio through outbound calls, building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and using your sales and negotiation skills to drive engagement and long-term value. This role is ideal for a driven professional ready to take the next step in their sales career.
About you:
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is motivated by achieving targets, brings energy to customer interactions, and is driven to deliver strong results.
To be successful, the ideal candidate will have;
- Sales experience (either in a face-to-face or call centre environment) highly regarded.
- Motivated to achieve targets and goals both individually and within a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM or dialler systems (e.g. Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to confidently engage and build strong relationships with customers.
- Drive and desire to expand knowledge and develop skills.
