The Opportunity
We are partnering with our client to hire a Compliance Coordinator to support their People and Culture team.
This role is responsible for coordinating employee and contractor compliance, managing client approvals, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. You will play a key role in helping the organisation meet its contractual, regulatory, and internal requirements through structured processes and strong attention to detail.
This is a coordination-focused role suited to someone who is highly organised, process driven, and confident managing compliance-related administration at pace.

Key Responsibilities
Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate the monthly compliance cycle and ensure completion within required timeframes
- Verify employee and contractor compliance documentation and maintain accurate records
- Follow up outstanding requirements to maintain high levels of workforce compliance
- Prepare compliance reports and summaries for internal stakeholders
- Monitor updates in regulatory requirements and escalate as needed
Client Approvals and Documentation
- Prepare, collate, and submit documentation required for client approvals
- Maintain the client approvals database with a high level of accuracy
- Liaise with internal teams to gather required information for submissions, audits, and renewals
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly compliance reporting
Process and Service Delivery
- Manage internal and external requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure adherence to established compliance processes and procedures
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all documentation and system updates
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
Team and Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with People and Culture teams and key stakeholders
- Support team objectives and contribute to organisational priorities
- Maintain effective working relationships across internal and external partners
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in administration or coordination roles
- Strong experience supporting stakeholders and delivering customer service
- High level organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage high volume tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Nice to Have
- Exposure to compliance, governance, or regulatory environments
- Experience handling compliance documentation or reporting
- Experience within HR or People and Culture teams
