About the role

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager who can build strong client partnerships, drive retention and ensure consistent delivery across a portfolio of accounts.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working closely with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring outcomes are delivered to a high standard.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Act as the main point of contact for client communication and engagement
  • Understand client needs and translate these into actionable solutions
  • Lead regular account check-ins, reporting and performance discussions
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client outcomes
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM and reporting tools

What good looks like

  • Experience in client relationship management, customer success or similar roles in a BPO or call center environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client partnerships
  • Structured, organised and detail-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working with reporting, data and performance metrics
  • Experience supporting international clients (AU/US exposure is a plus)
